nature of new media and public art;
- Select and lead suitable employees and third-party resources to develop comprehensive project
plans, deliverables, schedule, budget and negotiate details with clients;
- Work collaboratively to integrate resources into a comprehensive customized artistic operation
solution within the project scope; perform a leading role in on-site researching, sourcing, liaison
with artists to evolve creative concepts into deliverables that are both impactful and realizable;
- Lead meetings and presentation of creative works, contract negotiation and ensure project
documentation, invoices and payments meet schedule;
- Provide leadership of team to acquire knowledge to work with cross-functional contributors and
